- I already have a host. Can I still buy a design service and get WordPress installed?

I already have a host. Can I still buy a design service and get WordPress installed?
Most of the time, the answer is yes. You will first need to make sure your host covers the WordPress requirements. Those requirements are:
• PHP 4.3 or greater
• MySQL 4.0 or greater
• The mod_rewrite Apache module

I have already purchased a domain name, is it possible to transfer to Squidlimbs Hosting
Yes, we can help you with that. Just provide us with your current host information and domain name we’ll take it from there. There will be no extra charge for this.
I already have a logo, are you able to incorporate it into my website design?
Yes but there are some requirements:
The logo must be of high resolution.
The logo must either have a transparent background or a solid background color.
The image must be in either .png .jpg .ai .eps .pdf or .gif format. (We prefer vector).
If alterations need to be made to your logo outside of resizing additional fees may be required.
How long can I expect to wait for my website to be completed?
Turn around time is usually between 4-5 weeks. This can vary depending on our current workload. You can contact us to confirm our current turn around.
Does my website come with text/pages/products already set up?
Most packages do not come with content/products set up . WordPress makes it extremely easy to manage your own website, however, we would be happy to make product and page additions for you for an additional cost.
Can I use parts of my website design to create other things such as business cards, letterheads, etc…?
The answer is no, we ask that you do not use any of the images created by us to make anything else other than what was agreed during the purchase. We will be happy to design matching business cards and other promotional items for you, please ask us. If you purchased a web package with a logo design included, you are given permission to use the logo for anything relating to your business as long as it remains in its original design.
What do I do if I have a problem with my website after the completion?
If you encounter any issues/errors the first step would be to report it to us. After reporting it, and if this is an issue with the e-commerce part of the website, please visit the Instinct forums and post a new topic describing your issue in detail. One of the developers should answer to your post shortly.
